Artificial intelligence is not just a technological development — it is a cultural and spiritual moment that demands a biblical response.
As AI systems become increasingly capable of generating content, making decisions, and even mimicking human relationships, the Church faces a profound opportunity: to be a voice of wisdom, discernment, and Kingdom vision in a world that is both excited and terrified.
The question is not whether Christians should engage with AI — we already are. The question is how we engage, and from what foundation.

At the heart of a biblical response to AI is the doctrine of the imago Dei — the truth that every human being is made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). This gives human beings an inherent dignity that no algorithm can replicate or replace.
AI can process information, generate text, and simulate conversation. But it cannot love, worship, repent, or know God. The soul is not a function of computation.
Stewardship and Wisdom
Scripture calls us to be wise stewards of every resource and opportunity entrusted to us. AI, like fire, is a tool — powerful, useful, and potentially dangerous. The question is not the tool but the hand that wields it.
Christians who understand stewardship will use AI to serve people, advance the Gospel, and build the Kingdom — not to replace human connection or abdicate moral responsibility.

Biblical Perspective
Proverbs 4:7 says: 'Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom.' In every age, God calls His people to engage culture with wisdom — not withdrawal. The AI age is no different.
