Thy Kingdom News collects very little: what you choose to send us through our forms, and nothing else about you. We don't use advertising, we don't sell data, and we don't set tracking cookies.

Last updated 2 October 2026

What we collect, and why

We only receive information you deliberately send us:

  • Newsletter signup — your email address, your name if you give it, the page you signed up from, and the website that referred you there (if any). We use this to send you the Kingdom newsletter and to understand which pages lead people to subscribe.
  • Story submissions (on Contact) — your name, email address, the story type, title and message you write, and the page you sent it from. We use this to read, verify and, with care, report your story, and to reply to you.

Both forms include a hidden anti-spam check and a minimum time-to-submit; these don't collect anything about you.

What we don't do

  • We don't set cookies of our own, and we don't run advertising or ad trackers.
  • We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
  • We don't create accounts or profiles — there is no login on this site.

What stays on your own device

Two small preferences are saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us: your light/dark theme choice, and whether you have marked an article as prayed for (with that article's counter). You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database operated for Thy Kingdom Network on Supabase. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, processes standard request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the service.

Content from other services

Some pages load images or media from other providers, who receive the standard information any browser sends when it loads something from them (such as your IP address and browser type), under their own privacy policies:

  • Photographs hosted by Unsplash on some stories and event listings.
  • On the Media Hub: video thumbnails from YouTube and show artwork from Spotify. Videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and players load only when you press play.
  • The Kingdom Map page embeds LoveOnTheWorldMap.com.

Links to source articles and other websites take you to sites with their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter details while you remain subscribed, and story submissions for as long as they're useful for reporting and follow-up. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the newsletter, send us a message through the contact form using the email address you signed up with, and we'll act on it promptly.

Changes

If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
